Import Word mail labels into FM8.5 ?

Hi,
Apologies in advance because Im sure this question's been asked 1000
times... I just can't find the answer.
I have a Word doc (Mac Office 2004) that is a 3 column table, each
cell with a mailing label (name / addr / etc) in it.
I'm now creating a FM-based contact mgt system and want to import
these into FM as records.

Any suggestions on ways to semi or fully automate this ?
