Go into the Define Fields window and double-click that field. At the
bottom of the 'enter calculation' window click on the "Storage Options"
button. In the new window that appears turn on the "Do not store
calculation results" option. Click OK / Done to close all the windows.

Since it's now not stored, the calculation will be re-calculated every
time it is displayed / used.
