I have no problem with getting Query dialog to display but it does not
populate with TABLE name and column data.

I am trying to get a SQL statement to pull data from another Filemaker Pro
file.

I installed the ODBC client driver from the CD's xDBC folder (setup.exe
file)

From the Control Panel under the SYSTEM DSN tab, I selected Filemaker Pro
driver.


I then went to FILE>IMPORT>ODBC and the User Name and Password dialog
appears. I entered the Acct and password for the file I want to pull data
from.

I then get an error message:

ODBC Error [Filemaker] [ODBC Filemaker Pro driver [Filemaker Pro] connect
failed]

When I cancel out of the error dialog a second error message appears:

ODBC Driver Manager Function Sequence Error

When this is dismissed ... the SQL Query dialog appears for constructing
a SQL query but since there is NO CONNECT .. I cannot import of data
based on the Query Statement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated from someone who has gone thru this
issue.
