To Find / Constrain the Found Set you'll need to use a script, and the
only way to run a script is via a button click.

Your best choice is to put "invisible" buttons (no fill or line colour)
over the Radio buttons, each with a script that sets the field's value
and then runs the "Find and Go To Layout" script.
