Choose layout based on Field entry

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how I can navigate from one layout to another based upon which button is pushed in a Radio Button field. Say there were two Radio Buttons called A and B for a field called "Layout" When A is pushed Layout A should appear. When B is pushed Layout B should appear. I want to use Radio Buttons/Field and not regular buttons because I want the Entry to not only control which layout is chosen but it also is part of a Find/Constrain Found Set.
