I always work on an hourly rate. No fixed prices, they pay for as long as
they need me. For returning customers I dont charge extra's for small
amounts of work. All my bug-fixes are for free as are things like 'please
add one field'. I expect to get paid for meetings (Anything I have to leave
my office for)
Exeptions: registered charities and churches (not sects, but registered
churches). For those I make an estimate, keep it low and charge them once.
On average this is about 10% of my working hours and I make sure to keep it
that way.
