Disjunctive constraints

Hi everybody,

I am new to CSPs and need some help from you. I am wondering if it is possible to express a disjunctive constraints between two variables. I did not find something about that in the litterature. E.g., let v1 and v2 two variables, is it possible to add the constraint "v1 (> OR <) v2" ?
