To paraphrase Brian Dunning, there are not "two sides" to mathematics.
There is no "presenting both sides of an issue". Math is not
philosophy or opinion. Math consists of what we've learned so far. And
one thing that we've learned so far, is that you can't fit 16 pigeons
into 15 holes.

They're not taken seriously for a reason -- they're impossible.  Just
because you don't understand the math involved does not mean they
"might have been on to something".
In my understanding of the universe(s) and everything what's part of
it, it has plus and minus polarity or good and bad and it's mostly in
balance and there are 10 hierarchies or levels or dimensions in every
grouped "space" the top of this "space" is the bottom of a higher
"space" and the bottom of this "space" is the highest of a lower
"space" and this cascade for ever. So if today’s math was right I saw
that repeating for ever and that everything is part of everything
back.

The whole point of patenting something is to make it as public as
possible so that you can claim a monopoly on it for the nest 25
years.  If there are materials missing from the patent, it is the
fault of Clark for not providing them.  And it makes no sense that he
would not provide them because not doing so renders his patent, and
monopoly, useless.

It's all moot anyway, since the documents he *did* provide show an
immature system that comes nowhere near the claims he made in 1997.
There is nothing that could be added to that basic design that would
magically enhance it to come close to conventional DCT- or wavelet-
based systems.  His colorspace model is RGB; his compression is based
on simple pixel-to-pixel deltas and runs.  That is essentially the
Autodesk Animator FLI/FLIC format upgraded to 24-bit color.

As I understand Adam Clark inventing from talks I had with people who
saw Adam's inventing working and had chats with Adam the gain was in a
by Adam's invented variable length encoding used during transmitting
and receiving of the data from server to client.

Adam Clark sworn and signed a paper with this patent issue and when I
understand it right he send to a list of embassies, from both he
published a copy at his website:

Because his sworn statement is up side down I shall copy here the
text:

Adams Platform Technology

Inventors statement

I, Adam Leslie Clark hereby declare that I have reviewed in full the
publicly available patent documentation from the United States Patent
& Trademark Office web site.

The published patents in my name do not correspond in either number
lodged or content with the original patents prepared by me and lodged
by Blakely Sockoloff Taylor and Zafman.

The patents in their current form have material omissions that render
the patents impossible to fully understand. The United States Patent &
Trademark Office has elected to withhold vital information from its
publication of the patents.

I also declare that the CD's annexed to this technology release are a
full and complete set of algorithms, code and explanatory papers that
has always been in the possession of Mediaworld Communications Limited
the beneficial owner of the patents and the technology.

At no point was his system scientifically tested.  Tolly made a huge
blunder by not inspecting the contents of the provided machines, and
when they realized that, they pulled the report.
I didn't found any information what point to this blunder of the Tolly
Group. I was pointing to many successful demonstrations Adam Clark but
also other inventors gave to potential buyers what where big companies
in different countries where some video taped the setup and
demonstration and most provided the test equipment themselves. As I
had understand Adam Clark took the hard disk with him after the
demonstrations and destroyed it the way home afraid somebody took it
while traveling.

Your wording "there is no way" suggests that you have already made a
faith-based decision on the laws of the universe, hence no rational
argument will convince you otherwise.  Since this newsgroup is for the
discussion of compression that *does* take place within the known laws
of the universe, please take your infinite compression discussions
elsewhere.  There are many free energy and perpetual motion newsgroups
that would be happy to have you.
I have collected enough information to be sure that US government
order to a multinational to buy a compression/encrypting inventings
in a other country and because they found it after patent application
while I can not find anything specials in that patent application why
they paid round 14mln euros for that patent, this point that the
published patent is probably not equal to the applied patent. So I
have a reason to believe that Adam Clark speaks the true.
