Random data CAN be compressed, occassionally. For example, a pure
random file will sometimes contain the string "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA".
IMO no existing PRNG will ever produce such a sequence. Even when the
frequency of every character, or character sequence, in English texts is
taken into account, the generated sequences of the same character will
be restricted to a much shorter length.
