Hi Peter,
Thanx for ur reply. I have rewritten the query it might give u
idea what I want to do.
I want to encode a Jpeg Image using 4:2:0 format for Y(luminance)
and Cb,Cr(chrominance). I suppose that here the MCU size is 16x16
pixels
where i have the data in the following sequence
Y1[64],Y2[64],Y3[64],Y4[64],Cb[64],Cr[64].
But i have some doubt regarding generating the 64 Cb and Cr values.
I want to know how can i generate the 64 Cb and Cr values from the
range of actually 256 values.
I hope it will help you understand better.................
