You mean, 7zip is freeware? Does it compress better than Winzip 9? If
it uses it's own compression method, can you make .exe files smaller
than with winzip 9?

Now I'm considering sending .exe files from winRAR - with large
uncompressed files, it does make smaller files compressed .exe files
than winzip 9 .zip files.
