Add a file with the problem if possible.
The latest version of winzip is WinZip 10. They will probably refer you
to that version anyway. Someone talked about winzip as 'the lowly
WinZip' recently. I thought that was quite funny. On the positive side,
they have finally started to act to improve the zip-format.
