DCT 8X8 CODE PLZZZZ HELP ME ELSE IM DEADDDDDDDDD

Hi,

Let me introduce myself first. My name is Ray Gonsalves and Im from
Mumbai,India. Im currently doing my Final Year Engineering in
Electronics and Telecomm.
I my Fial year Im working on a project from IIT Mumbai, on Image
compression. My prject details are as follows:

1>8X8 DCT CODE IN "C/C++"
2>WAVELET COMPRESSION
3>BLOCK TRUNCATION CODING

After completion of these 3 things only will my project get certified.
We are allowed to REFER people's codes as well as use them only with
their PERMISSION. I am pleasssse requesting you to help me with :
