I guess you could create it yourself, maybe by trying to store a JPEG
to a floppy disk and yanking it during the save. That way, whatever
file system you are using won't have a chance to delete the corrupted
file.
Apart from that, I guess you'll have to get to grips with the internal
file structure of JPEG and perhaps malform it yourself
.
