do you think that if life out there has discovered such things, they'd
be prone to transmit using it, and somewhere in the subconcious is a
carrier lock with the imagination. the repetition possible by using
such compression would radically increase the possible transmission
distance for a particular bit rate. distance increase being
proportional to repetition count.

i will eventually place it into the java i already have with some other
general updates.
