New edition of "Basics of Compiler Design"

I have uploaded a new edition of my textbook "Basics of Compiler
Design" at http://www.diku.dk/~torbenm/Basics/

As usual, you can download a PDF for free or pay for a print-on-demand
paper copy.

The difference from last year's edition is mainly that a new (short)
chapter about interpreters has been added, but there are also numerous
minor changes such as rephrased paragraphs and fixed misprints.
