OK, I got the sources from the latest distribution. lcc-Win32 failed to install on my Win98 system with the messages:

"LCCLIBC.DLL file is linked to missing export KERNAL32.DLL:GetFileSizeEx."

"Impossible to execute c:\lcc\bin\make.exe"

I haven't had any problems with the installation of previous versions. I don't have KERNAL32.DLL.
