I don't recall ever stumbling over an expansion of 'lcc' before - but
Wikipedia's new entry devoted to it mentions both 'little C compiler'
and 'local C compiler', and neither seems likely. Does anyone know if
'lcc' stands for a longer phrase, and if so what it really is?
Re: good c compiler ... Under windows there are no floating point arguments to be passed ... *all three* floating-point types.... almost certainly makes sense for a C compiler for that CPU to map the ...lcc apparently does, then I won't disagree with you. ... (comp.lang.c)
