What 8-digit version of MicroStation are you using? Have you tried using a configuration variable instead of the full path?

The command line switch -WA doesn't accept quotation marks.

For expample 'ustation -wac:\program files\company\myapp.ma' doesn't work and
'ustation -wa"c:\program files\company\myapp.ma"' even crashes ustation on
Vista.
