You need to have product 32501 (Virtuoso(R) Spectre Model Interface Option) and
then obtain the documentation and CMI kits from Cadence. These are not shipped
in the installation, because CMI has special support requirements (it's not a
normal product).
Why are you trying to use CMI, BTW?
