Is there a lisp routine or small program which can find and replace text

Thanks.
ToolPac from www.dotsoft.com has a routine to do this. You can search .dwg
files by folders or individually for text or mtext strings and replace
them with what ever you like. That plus 300+ other great time saving
routines
