eps files to DWG files??

AutoCAD R14 had the feature allowing you to convert *.eps files to DWG, that was great when manufacturers had only pdf files for their details, you could convert them to eps files with Acrobat, then into DWG with R14.

Now I can't even install my old R14 edition in Vista, so...any other way to do this?
