Some clues here but basically Michael is just trying to be frank so the clue here is for you to imagine the blade from the most strategic angle, in this case the tip end of either sides, and how it looks like? then draw a center line and built its outlines according to how you "see it", then you Extrude it the length you want and finally start touching up the side blades with Chamfer, Fillet or just the additions of Subtractions from other created object for such purpose so buddy, start your imagination now for I started as a "wanderer" before I can work as an untrained draughtman.

No offense, but the difference between a designer and every wannabe is that a designer can actually build what they imagine. If you can't build what you imagine, imagine something else, or figure out how to build it.
Dude, I think you need to buckle down and draw it. Don't waste time looking for any magic bullet or routine.
