auto cad Outsource work!

I am in outsourcing work.
I have a big firm, with 5 architect,8 draftsman, 4 3D People
and other team member
I am quite new in this field
would like to start outsourcing work,
Actually i need work for my company...
We are in architectural work from past 10 years..
is there anyone know any link for that kind of work,. if so late me
