Image Manager for 2007

I had drawings setup in Autocad 2006 where were worked on using Autocad
2007. When I try and work on these drawings again in 2006 I loose the
images in .bmp format. It will not allow me to detach the image, where
in turn will not allow me to bring it back in as it believes it is
still in the drawing. So I am unsure if it has anything to do with
using 2007 and then converting the file back to 2004 to use in
2006.......lost for ideas.

Has anyone else had these sort of problems. Any help would be
appreciated as I need to issue drawing to my client soon.
