in ixChariot 6.25 , IPTVv.scr script has included. But, I don't know a
basis of the numerical value. for example, the script IPTVv.scr, why
use the file_size is 365000? why use the send_buffer_size is 1460? and
why use the send_data_rate is 1451 kbps?
Also, I opened another application script. But I don't know a basis of
the numerical value? why use the variable 1500, 32767, etc?
