manolr-0.4-rc1 released

Hello,
manolr's new release (0.4-rc1) contains numerous improvements and bug
fixes :

- SMTP forward implemented.
- User interface was created from scratch.
- Database format was changed to a faster one.
If you already have a database with messages and don't want to delete
them, contact me to write a script which will do the conversion.
- Better debug support.
- Ncurses pads were used for pager functionality.
- Bugs fixed.
- Code optimized.
- enable-qwk-hack configure option removed.
door.id file takes care of this.

There is still some work to do until final 0.4, mainly in restoring the
cursor position when moving around functions. If you find any related bug
please contact me and if you find any other bug contact me also :)
