Strange. I in The Netherlands too and I haven had a single problem. What
provider are you on? My trace goes from Chello to Level3 to savvis.net.
Could be that your provider goes through a different route.

It is working now, from 1600h or so?
Not a provider, I have a direct line (direct-adsl KPN), webserver, ftp server, mail server,
all here too.
I *am* the ISP.
