As I said earlier, "no matter what parallel port settings you use".
Believe me, I've spent days and tried *EVERYTHING*. ECP, EPP, ECP+EPP,
different I/O-adresses, different DMA-channels, different power-sources
for the cable (like a lab power supply instead of using the PS/2-adapter
that comes with the cable), different fly leads/ribbon cables, different
parallel cables, different versions of windows, Linux, different
versions of ISE and the driver, different target boards, no chance. If
the driver doesn't like your parallel port, there's nothing you can do,
that's what it boils down to.
