Resolver Onehas some interesting features, like database worksheets,
worksheet level formulae and indexing worksheets and cell ranges by
header names rather than location.
You can also export spreadsheets as programs for integrating into IT
systems. Of course it can import and export spreadsheets using
Microsoft Excel formats and has all the features you would expect from
a spread*** program.
It also makes it easy to bring programming best practise into the
world of spreadsheets, including:
* Unit testing
* Refactoring
* Maintainability
* Output pane for easy debugging
* Auditing (easily view the origin and type of displayed values)
There are some screencasts on the main Resolver Systems website if you
are interested.
Oh, there is also a server version and a financial edition with
interfaces to live market data feed from Bloomberg and Thomsons (plus
guaranteed levels of support).
