Lotus 1-2-3 creating an index page

I have a Lotus 1-2-3 workbook of many "sheets" (pages) and I would like to
create an index page and list the sheets on it. Then I would like to click
on an item on the index page and have that *** pop to the top. Can this be
done? How?
