Artificial Intelligence regulated system for easier non related research integration

I propose a series of standards for artificial intelligence programs
and input processing programs. This would make it easier to create a
tree of programs that work together for a more complete AI system.
For instance, a standardized highly specialized audio input program
developed in Chicago could be easily integrated with a standardized
text-to-text conversation program developed separately in New York and
a standardized test to speech program from Alaska.
