Hi Laurent,
I would follow Alex's thread and enhance that Edinburgh University
would be the best one in the AI. Its msc program will give you a
well-trained ground for the knowledge of AI, which will be beneficial
to your research in the later stage if you want to pursue a PhD in AI.
Lots of professors and research fellows graduated from Edinburgh. My
University, University of Southampton, more focuses on the applications
of AI, in particular in knowledge management and the Semantic Web.
