Only if you have no understanding of "intentional".

You still seem to be assuming (though I have to guess, as you appear
so unwilling to expose your thinking), that I see such information as
objective, "out there". How many times have I tried to indicate
otherwise? I'm going to delve into the history of this thread
regarding information in another message, with luck today but possibly
not until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'll merely point out the word
"indicating". Does that seem like something that's "out there" to you?
