Well, humans may stick around in ancestor simulations and museums.

didn't believe in global warming.
Unfortunately, the museum will mispresent history and claim that the
almighty bacterial god created them in its own image. Their
irreducible complex flagella can't be evolved from that long-legged
fossil apes, after all.
