I'm kinda sad at the moment ....talking of artificial life and

I spent weeks designing and working on skins for avatars
in SecondLife, and did loads of drawings and research from
anatomy and life...but they are the textures here, and not
personalities. I tried cover a nice range of skin tones from
real blueblack to a gothic bluegrey. it was great fun to put
the 3D illuminated reflective highlight over the complexion,
and shadows where the sharper angles of bones touch the
surface, to consider at once aesthetic proportion and what
is really accurate from life

I'm a tiny bit sad about it because I know that after all my
hard work and love for the medium I work in...the actual
product may often be used by people who work in the sex
industry (men posing as women, ladies who otherwise would
earn cash and pay tax like a large part of the population, by
this I mean knowingly visually decieve someone who found
them attractive into parting with their money for who-knows
-what !)

If all goes well...the work is available world-wide, and with such
a range of skin colours...anybody can could choose (like gender)
to dress as they wanted. You also recognise the preposterous
situation here, where I spent many years working and studying
to earn a living to support myself and kids alone. That I am
not a prostitute, and would be feeling threatened if I make a pass
at a guy, that a system in my country is so ludicrous that I have
actively been discouraged from having normal relationships and
more kids, and women are more often then men the victims of
aesthetic critisism based on visual comparisson promoted via
pornography and other highart media.

Sadly I may have to forget the idea of earning any income
from them at all, and donate them, as the amount of paperwork
and beaurocracy involved in small businesses is so rediculously
time consuming, and I'm simply too busy in real-life.

What is a happy ending to all this ,is perhaps, it will fruitfully
open up wonderful opportunities to women all over the world
who may one day meet and fall inlove, to marry and have all those
wonderful experiences that I never ever had :)

Well, I mean, have you given up trying? I had no success until I
deliberately got out there and tried a lot. You get nothing if you
don't try.
