Hello,
Can you name few contextual features for classifying Named Entities?
Do these features depend on the categories into which I am going to
classify them?
Can I take it from context that "Named Entities" is a named entity,
that
entity being a class of entities? In English one looks for unusual
capitialization to identify named entities. One also looks for
unusual
spelling. How would you classify a reference to a Samsung SyncMaster
191T?
I am looking at some few simple contextual features and not something
like POS tags, or appositives or predicates and similar features.

How does one identity "Regards" as not a named entity?
.
