Freedom embodied in an alternative artificial intelligence

An alternative system of artificial intelligence -- different from
computers -- with freedom at the center is presented on my websites.
There is a unified structure of concepts involving physics,
neuroscience, psychology and engineering. I have been unable to
elicit a meaningful response from academic scientists etc., so
thoughtful comments or suggestions are welcome. Please see:

http://www.quadnets.com/timingdevices.html -- "Timing Devices or why
computers are not brains" -- a simplified system of essential concepts
and designs, in the nature of engineering.

http://www.embodiment-of-freedom.com/ -- the chief principles of
physics and psychology.

http://www.quadnets.com -- the full statement of the "Quad Nets
system" and its principles. "Quad Nets" are proposed networks of
simple devices that resemble neurons and that are used in the
construction of artificial idealized brains. The proposed
constructions lead toward a realization of consciousness.

Thanks
