There are words that involve the eye and visual estimation or
evaluation. In English, words like blink, wink, twinkle, think,
and inkle. Inkle is the basis of inkling and arose from estimating
carpentry jobs. The words all rhyme.

What prompted words containing "ink" to form a category related
to perception, sensory and thought impressions? What is the deep
principle which drives sounds to associate with syllabic patterns in
the evolution of a natural language with related references/meanings
to the words created? I think it is a sound (but look at Chinese)
rather than a symbolic representation of text characters; the rule
occurs below or before the level of symbolic representation, more
related to words that sound like themselves such as woof.

Hofstadter mentioned that synthetic languages nearly always
die with Esperanto having limited success. Natural languages
contain some dynamic element which cause them to propogate.

Well characters are used to express vowel/consonant patterns
and you can algorithmically sort rhyming words. Understanding
poetry however requires having had experiences that one can
relate to brought up by the passages. There is a reason why
one translation of Homer's Illiad is considered mediocre while
another is recommended as a gifted translation. The same
with translating poetry from one language to another. It is a
very difficult task for AI to translate poetry from one language
to another; then take that translation and then map it back into
the nuances of the original poem. The poetry has to be very
simplistic to maintain equivalence during such feedback loops
by a mechanical (algorithmic) process.
