The point, of course, is that one can maintain the "module" crap only by
ignoring data - which is what Dan does best.
The article cited was published in Science mag, which is a major
journal.
Take the challenge you and DL have been offered many many times.
Write a letter to the editor, instead of coming to this forum and
starting out with your usual trademark abusiveness.
Just don't start the letter with ... "To the editors of Science journal
and all the other mentalist idiots ...", else they'll respond the same
as people on c.a.p. ...
Crank.
Waste basket.
This is merely a version of your go-to argument. Usually your argument is
that a lot of people think behaviorism is wrong, so therefore it is wrong.
This is the reverse version - a lot of people think the cognitive/evol psych
module view is correct so it must be correct. It was a logical fallacy when
you first spouted it, and it is a logical fallacy today. And, BTW, as your
post shows, it is clearly you that are abusive.
The guy who recognizes that the guy who starts off by calling everyone
else idiots is the abusive one, not the guy who starts off by calling
everyone idiots.
doo doo, boo boo, baa baa, gaa gaa, doo doo.
That's planetary talk for what planet do you live on.
boo boo, doo doo, gaa gaa, baa baa, doo doo.
That's the reverse version.
