Um, but isn't THIS judging intelligence by human level intelligence? Who
says that even the lower IQ scores are not intelligent in the proper
definition of the word? Who says that IQ tests say anything about degrees
of intelligence?
You have fallen into a linguistic trap. It is not the case that how we use
the words "more or less intelligent" actually reflect real degrees of
intelligence.
