Fuzzy Control versus Fuzzy expert system

Hello, I'm currently working with fuzzy control, so I'm familiar with
the basics. Can somewone explain me shortly how a fuzzy expert system
works, in comparison to a fuzzy controller. What is comparable and what
is different ?
