Grad schools

Hi,
I'm looking around for graduate schools that I'd like to apply to. I'm
interested in Artificial Intelligence, obviously, mainly in Machine
Learning (and also computational neuroscience as well, I know that
sometimes is in the "AI" department). Any suggestions of good graduate
schools in this? Not just in the US, but in the UK as well. I'm not
sure how to separate the good schools from the bad schools. Advice?
Thanks!
