********** AI SUMMIT 2006 -- 2ND CALL FOR POSTER ABSTRACTS ***********
**********************************************************************

Long abstract deadline: March 26, 2006

** AIM OF THE MEETING **

The Dartmouth Summer School, held in 1956, is generally
recognized as being the "birth place" of Artificial Intelligence. A
high-profile international conference, the "50th Anniversary AI
Summit" will take place in July 2006. The purpose of the AI Summit
is to
celebrate AI, evaluate its developments, analyze the state of the art,
and come up with ideas on where the field will or should go in the
future. Over the decades, the foundations of AI have fundamentally
changed, in particular with the emergence of the concept of
embodiment.
Now, the discipline has become much more interdisciplinary and
includes
researchers from biology, computer science, engineering, robotics,
material science, biomechanics, and of course neuroscience, in
particular computational neuroscience. We are therefore inviting a
number of leading researchers world wide that may not consider
themselves as doing research in AI, but that make substantial
contributions to our understanding of intelligent behavior.

** ABSTRACT SUBMISSION **

We solicit submissions of 1- to 2-page long abstracts. The submissions
will be reviewed and authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to
