since they had been acquired by Freescale. On their website only the
patch for v9.0 is mentioned. And unfortunately my attempts to find a
mirror (using Google) has failed.

Does anybody know where I can download these patches?

I only found the updates for the Mac version of that product:

I suspect that Freescale/Metrowerks took down the links to the Windows
versions because they sold that technology to Nokia.
