Problem launching cmdide

ARM Developer Suite v1.2
If I open up a DOS Box and type:
cmdide c:\master.mcp
The IDE is launched and the project is opened.
But if I click on the Windows Start button and type:
cmdide c:\master.mcp
The IDE is launched but the project file is not opened.
