ISPF BROWSE - How can one disable scrolling LEFT/RIGHT

In ISPF BROWSE, How can one disable scrolling to the RIGHT.
I have an application with customized EDIT PANELS and panel REXX and for certain reasons I should like to disable scrolling to the RIGHT(/LEFT).
I have studies the manuals but see no immediate solution, accessing: ZVERB, ZCMD, ZPFKEY etc.
Have I missed it or ... ?
