IBM provides a sample program IGGCSIVS which could be adapted to list
all catalogued datasets with volume serial MIGRAT. (There is also
IDCAMS DCOLLECT).

Problem with HLIST DSN is tht it gives list of datasets with userid issuing
command as HLQ and not any other datasets.

Anyone on this earth have an idea how I am going to get the list of all

Some methods are faster and easier than others.

hsend LIST DSN ODS('all.datasets')
ISMF
Catalog backup & recovery product's reporting features
IDCAMS Dcollect
FDRReport
MICS
MXG

There may be others. Don't know if HSM Reporter or BMC's MainView
provides the ability to create the listing you seek.
