SDSDF Command Line

I've been trying to figure this out on and off for a few days now. (-:
When I start SDSF with SD from the ServerPac custom menu I get the
command line on the bottom. But if I start it from OU.14 (User Options)
I get the command line on the top.
The commands from the panels are a bit different:
SD - PGM(ISFISP) NOCHECK NEWAPPL(ISF) PARM(&NEXTOPT)
OU.14 - PGM(ISFISP) NEWAPPL(ISF) SCRNAME(SDSF) NOCHECK
I any case, does anyone know how to tell SDSF to put the command line on
top? I've been through all the options and the docs with no luck so
far.
