EXTRA! X-treme 9.0 FTP download results in no ASCII translation

Hello all,

tried to get a file from z/OS 1.7 FTP server to my pc using
Attachemate EXTRA! X-treme V9.0. file is downloaded but was not
translated to ASCII. PC and Host code pages was selected in the
extended defnition panel. text and CTRL LF was also selected in the
data format fields of common settings. Has anyone in this forum
got same problem and can give me advice what coud be wrong ?.
